Led a multi-method UX research study—including expert evaluation, card sorting, and moderated think-aloud sessions—to assess and improve the usability of a nonprofit website. Identified key navigation issues, content clarity gaps, and accessibility concerns, resulting in actionable recommendations to enhance the user experience for grant seekers, donors, and stakeholders.
